DATA PROTECTION ACT 1998
Under the criteria laid down by the Data Protection Act of 1998 - which now covers the Internet as well as conventional printed sources of information - the arts-info site adheres to the terms and conditions laid down in the Act by stating that any information collected will be disseminated by means of publication for public viewing on this website.
This is also made clear on all questionnaires and on the Log On page regarding Business Cards.
